So, who are you anyway?

I'm Devin, an independent knitwear designer and small shop owner. I make just about everything in the shop with my brain and my two hands, and when you buy from me, you are supporting me and my family directly.  So, THANK YOU!

Who is in charge of email support, product development, inventory, supply buying, and shipping?

Me!  So if it takes an hour or two to get a response from me it's because I got your email when I was in the carpool line or at the grocery store.  ;)

When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders placed before noon EST go out the same day. I ship Monday-Saturday, but not on Sunday. (Both because I like to keep Sunday a rest day and because so does the US Postal Service!)

What happens if I am unsatisfied with my order?

This has never happened! No one has actually asked this, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please email me at devin@knittymcpurly.com telling me what went wrong and we will see what we can do to fix it. I want you to be overjoyed with your new treasures!

If I forgot to use the discount code, can you give me a refund?

Unfortunately, I will not. It is just too time consuming to process this type of request. (That said, if your order was over $100 and the discount you missed out on was substantial, and you just lost your job and really can't afford to not get the discount, I will probably have mercy on you.)

Can I import my Knitty McPurly pattern into my Ravelry library?

Not that I know of. As far as I can see, Ravelry doesn't allow you to import patterns.  If you choose to use my patterns anyway, create a folder on your hard drive in which to store them. This is what I do for PDF sewing patterns and it works great!
