A stripy, asymmetrical shawl with effortless drape, this shawl can be worn over the shoulders on a chilly night, or as a cowl without too much extra bulk. Worked up in sport weight yarn and only fifty-four inches in length, this knits up relatively fast for a shawl. The irregular trapezoid shape is super simple with no short rows or tricky stitches!
The small amount of yarn you have left over after knitting this shawl can be used to make the Montague Street hat available at www.knittymcpurly.com as a free download!
Pattern Notes
Baker Street is worked flat, and is mainly garter stitch with simple increases and decreases to form the oblique chevron shaping.
